7. Contraindications and responsibility

The client is responsible for the information provided regarding their health status.

If there are any medical contraindications, the client must notify the doctor before the session begins.

The contractor has the right to refuse to provide a service if it may harm the client’s health.

8. Gift cards

Gift cards:

– have a limited validity period.
– are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
– can only be used once (unless otherwise stated).

9. Responsibility of the parties

The parties are liable in accordance with current Spanish law.

The Contractor is not responsible for:

– deterioration of health, if the client has not reported contraindications.
– client lateness or missed sessions.

10. Processing of personal data

The client’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the website.

11. Final provisions

The Contractor has the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice.

The current version of the Agreement is always available on the website.

Using the services means the client’s full agreement with the terms of this Agreement.
